The microwave tube furnace is composed of a heating furnace body and a waste heat recovery system. The tubular heating furnace body is provided with a chimney baffle. Structure of tubular resistance furnace

The tubular resistance furnace has a lateral cylindrical shape which is placed on a susceptor made of a thin steel plate. The furnace shell is welded by a thin steel plate, and the working chamber is a tubular furnace made of silicon carbide or alumina refractory material, and a spiral monofilament groove is formed on the outer surface of the furnace body, and the iron-chromium-aluminum alloy wire is wound on the wire groove. A furnace ring made of refractory material is fixed to the furnace cover at both ends of the furnace. The furnace and the furnace shell are made of an aluminum silicate refractory fiber product or the like as an insulating layer.

Application range of tubular resistance furnace

Tubular resistance furnaces are used in laboratories, industrial and mining enterprises, scientific research units for chemical analysis, physical measurement and thermocouple verification. The single-tube fixed carbon furnace uses a silicon carbon rod as a heating element for the analysis and measurement of the heating of carbon and sulfur in ordinary steel or alloy steel. This series of tubular resistance furnaces is a circulating operation electric furnace that can be used in industrial and mining enterprises, scientific research units, laboratories and chemical analysis, physical measurement and thermocouple identification workshops.

How to use tubular electric furnace

The electric furnace operator should have the qualifications for the operation of the corresponding national electrical equipment, and be familiar with the technical documents such as the electric kiln random instrument manual!

The user switch board generates electricity to the electric furnace. At this point, the program table is powered. According to the temperature instrument manual, set the instrument (such as P, I, D parameters), program the heating program according to the process requirements, and turn on the heating knob to make the heating power reach 6KW.

The heating power can be calculated as follows: heating power = instrument voltage × meter current. The normal heating current is about 22A, and the heating voltage is about 220V.

Heating stop: After the program temperature is over, the execution time = 0 steps and the heating ends. The button will stop and go to the off position. Break user switching.

1. The program temperature should not be higher than the furnace temperature.

2. Do not open the oven door while the electric furnace is working. When removing the product, wait until the oven temperature is below 100 °C.

3. When heating up, the heating power should not exceed 6KW, otherwise the heating element will be damaged.

Safe use of tubular resistance furnaces: Sound and light alarms and safety interlocks are installed at critical locations to ensure safety and their equipment safety facilities comply with national safety standards, including:

(1) Over temperature, uniform alarm and protection; abnormal inflation; grounding protection; short circuit protection.

(2) The furnace cover is closed, the degree of vacuum meets the requirements, and then heating is started.

For laboratory use requirements, loading and unloading materials are intermittently loaded and unloaded. When loading, place the cartridge on the bowl bracket, open and remove the sealed end cap on one end of the tube, place it in the cartridge holder with the cartridge, then install the sealed end cap on the tube flange and tighten Clamp the bolts. Then, the process atmosphere is passed until the oxygen content in the furnace tube reaches the process requirements, and the temperature is raised and sintered. After the product sintering process is completed, it should continue to pass a small amount of process atmosphere and cool until the furnace temperature is lower than the process requirements, then open the furnace tube seal end cap to remove the product.
